As a COUPLE?

If you are feeling any of the above and your relationship is not working and you want to try finding answers together, then couple counselling can help you.

What to expect from Counselling

Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk to uncover your answers.

I offer a safe space to explore your personal and potentially very painful and threatening feelings, thoughts and problems in a caring, accepting and understanding way.

I will not judge you or give you advice. I will be helping you to develop insights into your problems and find your own unique resources and strengths; to make your own choices and decisions for your life.

Couple Counselling

You can expect the same as above with the focus being on your relationship together. The three of us can work together or I can work with each of you separately in couple counselling, with a view of coming together to find your own answers and choices.

Client information

An initial appointment can be arranged for individuals and couples without obligation. Both short term (time limited) and longer term counselling are available.

As part of the ethical code I see a clinical supervisor to help ensure my continuing ethical and professional practice. Client confidentiality is maintained throughout.
