Liz has a business background in Chartered Surveying which means she is accustomed to working to a very high professional standard. She has also studied psychology with the Open University.
Liz became fascinated with hypnotherapy when a family member received treatment for anxiety and returned to their old selves within three sessions.
Liz qualified through the Atkinson-Ball College of Hypnotherapy and HypnoHealing and from there graduated to the Corporation of Advanced Hypnotherapy. This is an elite group of hypnotherapists nationwide who have undergone intensive training. The Corporation has its own Code of Ethics and is dedicated to the highest standards in the practise of hypnotherapy. Liz is also registered in the NHS directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. “What I love about this work,” says Liz, “is that I am helping other people to help themselves. Working with hypnotherapy has shown me that we have everything we need within us to lead a happy and fulfilled life. My goal is to help my clients find out what is holding them back, resolve it, and then move on to a better quality of life.”
